Navigation on the Site, as well as the purchase of any product in the Online Store implies acceptance of these General Conditions by the User / Customer. The sales of the DaMinhaTerra online store are exclusive to Portugal. These general conditions of sale are subject to the application of Portuguese law.


All our offers are limited to available stocks. Rates are expressed in Euros with VAT included. An invoice expressed in Euros with VAT included will be issued by green receipt. and sent to the customer to the billing address indicated by the customer. Prices can be changed, without resulting in compensation for customers who have purchased the products at an earlier date at a higher price.

Payment Terms and Conditions

DaMinhaTerra makes available to its Online Store customers the payment by Multibanco Reference system, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. Orders placed in the Online Store will only be shipped after payment has been settled.

Shipping and Deliveries

Order Processing:

Orders are carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of temporary or even permanent unavailability, this information will appear on the product or will be communicated to the Customer in a timely manner.

When ordering, the customer must indicate the desired quantities, contact details and delivery address, as well as select the means of payment. After ordering, the customer will receive an email with the summary and payment details. After making the purchase, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase and indicating which products have been purchased.

Order cancellation

If payment is not made within seven working days, the order will be cancelled. Order cancellation may also be requested by the customer via email if the order has not yet been shipped.


The delivery of the order is subject to the full and effective payment of the indicated price (after verification of its good collection).

The delivery period starts after confirmation of payment and validation of customer data. Orders placed on the Online Store will be delivered to most parts of the world and processed within an average period of up to 5 working days after payment.

Deliveries of orders are made to the address indicated by the customer and by the company responsible for deliveries.

The Online Store is not responsible for delays for reasons beyond the control of the producer (eg natural disasters, road accidents, etc…). has its own packaging for the transport of goods, in order to effectively protect its contents.

The Online Store seeks the best partnerships with companies for the delivery of your order. Deliveries are not made on weekends.

Returns and Refunds


Orders must be examined by the customer upon receipt. If any irregularity is detected in the order or problems with the product(s), the customer must return it to the carrier, and explain the reason for the return on the packing slip.

To start the return process, the customer must send an email to Loja ( and in the reply they will be informed of all the steps that will be followed to return the product and refund the money paid in the meantime, less return costs, within a maximum period of 30 days.

For the return to be accepted, the returned product must be in proper conditions of use (including labels and back labels) and the return must include the original packaging that came with the product.
